1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- You must provide proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
- Gift cards
- Items without original packaging or tags
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@yourstore.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days
- Once approved, we will send you the return address and instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable method — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value. If you need a different size or color, please contact us at support@yourstore.com and we will accommodate your request subject to availability. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, please contact us at support@yourstore.com and we will investigate immediately.
