Estimated delivery times by region:

  • Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3 to 7 business days (where available)
  • International Shipping: 10 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs, public holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the notification.

6. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@yourstore.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your building management first. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier. We are not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
